I have helped create a significant body of built projects over years of practice: real buildings for real people.

My work is not limited to one style. I work to create designs that are appropriate to the location, mission, spirit, and budget of each project. I work to help owners achieve what they want to achieve, not to impose my own goals or aesthetic.

I understand construction; I do not design things that cannot be built. I pride myself on communicating and maintaining good relationships with builders. I am involved in a project from start to finish, from helping the owners refine their goals to reviewing the construction.

The finished product that matters is not a set of beautiful drawings, but a beautiful building that will serve its owners for years to come.
