It was a humble dark Cape, with masonry walls and cramped rooms. We expanded up, creating a new larger second floor. We reorganized the first floor, opening up the plan to create spacious rooms and take advantage of the views and natural light.
We relocated the house’s front door and created an enclosed entryway. We converted a jalousie windowed porch into a sunroom that can be enjoyed year round.
