ARLINGTON

This new house is tucked into an established neighborhood. We pushed the house back on its site, allowing us to keep existing trees in front for privacy and providing terrific views of the Boston skyline.

The house is tailored to the challenging site. The main entrance is on the lowest level. A large opening provides a connection between the foyer and the living areas on the middle level. A screened porch spills onto the terrace and yard.
